    A battment(sp) is a straight leg ALL the way up. A develope is from bent to straight. Although it is not a full develope either. But it isn’t a battment.(sp)

    You’re one to correct people about spelling things right when your own GRAMMAR obviously needs some work. Maybe it’s just me, but I wouldn’t want to take spelling lessons from someone who starts their sentences with the word “and” (uncapitalized as well) and doesn’t capitalize their “I”’s. Oh, and I may as well mention that a :) and a period are not interchangeable.
